If I were a superhero, Iβd be known as Typo Man [Woman], the writer of wrongs
What would your Super “name” be?
Your special power, large or small?
Stressed? Exhausted? Calm? Check this out May 17, 2023!

Good morning, Marian! Thank you for the chuckle.
I’d have to think about it, but my kids have called me “Super Mama.” π
Merril, I would add these to that eponym: Super Poet, Super Editor, Super Chef. . .
Thanks for starting our chat today! π
You’re welcome, Marian. π
Such a creative post, Marian! And I love the “coming next” teaser. π If I were a superhero, my name would be the Sweeper. I would have flight power and the ability to sweep away clouds of gloom. The flight power enables me to gain enough altitude to see where the gloom clouds are hovering around people.
An aerial perspective gives one a whole new viewpoint. Thanks for imagining that in your creative choice here. I assume you’d want to steer clear of all gloom. Thanks, L. Marie! π
Well, you certainly gave me something to think about this morning. I’d love to have Tinker Bell skills with pixie dust. I would choose to sprinkle people with a fairy dust that opens their eyes to see how wonderful the people that they’ve been opposing or trashing are.
Ever the optimist, I love your take on the question.I can think of several people that would benefit from a liberal dose of sparkly pixie dust. Thanks, Arlene! π
Mark and I were just talking about how it would be nice if we could control the rain! We would be in high demand! So, maybe Rain Woman? π
I’d like to do that too. Right now, we in northeast Florida would ask for more rain in our rain gauge. Then I’d be Rain Woman of a different sort.
Thanks, Liesbet! π
In my professional life, I was the one called in to fix a mess. I don’t know if that qualifies as a super power or a curse. π
Mess Fixer certainly qualifies as a super power in my books. It assumes that you have super know-how. I guess it’s a curse only if you have too many demands, OR if those needing your help take you for granted. Good one, Liz! π
I was known [sometimes affectionately, other times, not] as the red-headed rabble rouser, in my last career. Whistle-blower, righter of wrongs, not afraid to take on anyone/any cause. I think my name would have to reflect that. Perhaps She-Who-Stands-Alone?
I applaud all of these names, Ginger. Obviously, you are a woman with backbone! π
My grandson, when he was ten, called me super mega woman. It stuck!!
Oh, I have noticed you are referred to as Super Mega Woman, but I didn’t know the origin. That’s quite an endorsement from your grandson. Congratulations! π

At college dorm I was the one they called clickitty clack because I walked energetically on my heels! I still have that energy but right now Iβd call myself
βGrieving Grannyβ. From my last blog post you know why!
I have always thought of you as energetic, Elfrieda.
Thanks for sharing your various monikers. And know that I am holding you and Hardy in my prayers. Always! ((( )))
Ptyo- man, the one who types accidental anagrams.
Well, Sir David! What a delight to see you here once again. Pyto-man fits you. Maybe you can share an “accidental” anagram or two. Huge thanks! π
I love it! π <3
It’s so great so see you back in blog-land again, sharing your love, your wisdom and even your lament. Thanks, Debby! π
I guess we could call me get-her-done-momma. Not that I’m that fast or wonderful, but I do like getting things out of the way, off my agenda, whatever.
I’m a check-off-my-list gal too. “Fast” and “wonderful” are highly over-rated. You have proved that persistence and commitment counts in the long run.
Thanks, Melodie! π
Very good, Marian, this is a great super power.
My superpower is to get people to consider not taking life too seriously all the time so maybe I could be Scintilla! Or Sparketta? I like the sound of that name.
Your playful attitude, peppered with positivity attracts SO many people to your blog. I could go for Scintilla or Sparketta, but not Cruella de Vil or Bridezilla!
Clever, Ally! π
First I love the “typoman/woman” pun Marian hahaha. Good one! Gosh, your question is tough! I guess that I’m good at adapting to new circumstances and/or working with what I have in front of me, even if that changes and there is less there to work with. I am Meladaptable! π
Clever choice, Melanie. Also Creativitee! π
Ha! π
How about Super Monarch Mama?
Perfect, Elaine! π
